NPVF

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPVF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPVF-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PDCD4. Each is linked with NPVF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPVF-to-partner and partner-to-NPVF results are reported.
