NPTXR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPTXR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,043 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPTXR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1B, NAB2_S479, and PICK1. Each is linked with NPTXR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTXR-to-partner and partner-to-NPTXR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPTXR→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPTXR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
