NPTXR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPTXR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,622 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPTXR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFTR, IDH3B, and MIR4525. Each is linked with NPTXR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTXR-to-partner and partner-to-NPTXR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPTXR→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPTXR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
