Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPTXR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,752 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPTXR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Electron transport chain. Each is linked with NPTXR in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTXR-to-partner and partner-to-NPTXR results are reported.
