Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPTN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and JNK2. Each is linked with NPTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTN-to-partner and partner-to-NPTN results are reported.
