The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher NPRL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPRL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC are the cancer types where NPRL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
