NPR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,689 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN11, PLCD1, and ARHGEF17. Each is linked with NPR3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPR3-to-partner and partner-to-NPR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPR3 versus SEPTIN11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
