Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,220 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROBO2, RGCC, and SLC6A6. Each is linked with NPR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPR3-to-partner and partner-to-NPR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPR3 versus ROBO2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
