mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, RAD51, and eEF2. Each is linked with NPR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPR3-to-partner and partner-to-NPR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by NPR3-low versus NPR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
