Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TM2D3, GPR31, and KCNA5. Each is linked with NPR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPR3-to-partner and partner-to-NPR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TM2D3 grouped by NPR3-low versus NPR3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
