NPR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,459 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMRN2, COL14A1, and AOC3. Each is linked with NPR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPR1-to-partner and partner-to-NPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPR1 versus MMRN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
