Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,584 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM9, RNU6-621P, and NEIL3. Each is linked with NPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPR1-to-partner and partner-to-NPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPR1 versus TMEM9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
