mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pT70, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and Rad50. Each is linked with NPR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPR1-to-partner and partner-to-NPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pT70 grouped by NPR1-low versus NPR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
