Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPPA2, SIGLEC7, and PGLYRP4. Each is linked with NPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPR1-to-partner and partner-to-NPR1 results are reported.
