Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,129 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPPA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Nucleobase-containing compound transport, and Peptidyl-lysine acetylation. Each is linked with NPPA in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPA-to-partner and partner-to-NPPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine modification grouped by NPPA-low versus NPPA-high in ESCA.
