Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL422P, MIR6823, and ZNF705D. Each is linked with NPPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPA-to-partner and partner-to-NPPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL422P grouped by NPPA-low versus NPPA-high in UCEC.
