Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,324 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPPA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of potassium ion export across plasma membrane, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with NPPA in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPA-to-partner and partner-to-NPPA results are reported.
