NPNT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPNT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,989 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPNT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIA, MYO1D, and SNTA1. Each is linked with NPNT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPNT-to-partner and partner-to-NPNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPNT versus NFIA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
