NPNT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPNT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,662 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBX2, ASPA, and C1orf21. Each is linked with NPNT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPNT-to-partner and partner-to-NPNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPNT versus TBX2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
