NPNT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFC1B, KRTAP6-1, and OR13C3. Each is linked with NPNT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPNT-to-partner and partner-to-NPNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFC1B grouped by NPNT-low versus NPNT-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
