NPM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,511 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21, NOLC1, and PDCD11. Each is linked with NPM3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM3-to-partner and partner-to-NPM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPM3 versus DDX21 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
