NPM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2-40, LINC01796, and LINC00266-4P. Each is linked with NPM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM3-to-partner and partner-to-NPM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV2-40 grouped by NPM3-low versus NPM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
