Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,620 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear receptor-mediated signaling pathway, Pseudouridine synthesis, and 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NPM3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM3-to-partner and partner-to-NPM3 results are reported.
