NPM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,381 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF17, WFDC2, and SPATA6L. Each is linked with NPM2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM2-to-partner and partner-to-NPM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPM2 versus FGF17 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
