Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NPM1P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NPM1P6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher NPM1P6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPM1P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and MESO show a favorable association.

LIHC, KICH, and KIRP are the cancer types where NPM1P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
