NPM1P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,666 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal subunit export from nucleus, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Maturation of 5.8S rRNA. Each is linked with NPM1P5 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1P5-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal subunit export from nucleus grouped by NPM1P5-low versus NPM1P5-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM1P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM1P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
