Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1P45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,200 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1P45-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Pyrimidine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NPM1P45 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1P45-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1P45 results are reported.
