NPM1P39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1P39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,056 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1P39-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with NPM1P39 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1P39-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1P39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM1P39→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM1P39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
