Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NPM1P29 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NPM1P29 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NPM1P29 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPM1P29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and UCS show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and LUAD are the cancer types where NPM1P29 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
