Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NPM1P28 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NPM1P28 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NPM1P28 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPM1P28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and LUAD show a favorable association.
CESC, PAAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where NPM1P28 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
