The most reproducible NPM1P27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GEMIN5, NPM1, and H1-0. Each is linked with NPM1P27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1P27-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1P27 results are reported.
