NPM1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,865 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Maturation of 5.8S rRNA. Each is linked with NPM1P2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1P2-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis grouped by NPM1P2-low versus NPM1P2-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
