NPM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,951 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGES3, NACA, and NAP1L1. Each is linked with NPM1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPM1 versus PTGES3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
