Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,488 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP16, TCOF1, and LARS1. Each is linked with NPM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPM1 versus NOP16 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
