Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1A1P39, RN7SL557P, and CSN1S2AP. Each is linked with NPM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1 results are reported.
