Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,024 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Positive regulation of rRNA processing, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with NPM1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1 results are reported.
