NPLOC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPLOC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,630 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPLOC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UFD1, UFD1_S247, and UTP4. Each is linked with NPLOC4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPLOC4-to-partner and partner-to-NPLOC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPLOC4 versus UFD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPLOC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPLOC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
