NPLOC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPLOC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,823 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPLOC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAFG, NUP85, and FN3KRP. Each is linked with NPLOC4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPLOC4-to-partner and partner-to-NPLOC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPLOC4 versus MAFG in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPLOC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPLOC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
