NPLOC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPLOC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,656 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPLOC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A14, DYNLT3P2, and LINC01072. Each is linked with NPLOC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPLOC4-to-partner and partner-to-NPLOC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A14 grouped by NPLOC4-low versus NPLOC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPLOC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPLOC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
