The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher NPIPB6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPIPB6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CHOL, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where NPIPB6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
