Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NPIPB4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NPIPB4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NPIPB4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPIPB4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, OV, and GBM are the cancer types where NPIPB4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
