Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPHS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,230 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPHS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, and Regulation of chromatin organization. Each is linked with NPHS2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHS2-to-partner and partner-to-NPHS2 results are reported.
