Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPHS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPHS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, AMPK_alpha, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with NPHS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHS2-to-partner and partner-to-NPHS2 results are reported.
