NPHP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPHP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPHP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAE1, ERO1B, and PIMREG. Each is linked with NPHP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHP3-to-partner and partner-to-NPHP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NAE1 grouped by NPHP3-low versus NPHP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPHP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPHP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
