Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPHP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,568 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPHP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Determination of pancreatic left/right asymmetry, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with NPHP3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHP3-to-partner and partner-to-NPHP3 results are reported.
