NPFFR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPFFR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,618 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPFFR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM44, RABEPK, and CDADC1. Each is linked with NPFFR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPFFR2-to-partner and partner-to-NPFFR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM44 grouped by NPFFR2-low versus NPFFR2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPFFR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPFFR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
