Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPFFR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,793 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPFFR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALD1, MYO1F, and CELF2. Each is linked with NPFFR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPFFR1-to-partner and partner-to-NPFFR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPFFR1 versus PALD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPFFR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPFFR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
