Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPFFR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPFFR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD1-26, MIR1266, and MYF5. Each is linked with NPFFR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPFFR1-to-partner and partner-to-NPFFR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD1-26 grouped by NPFFR1-low versus NPFFR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPFFR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPFFR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
