Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPFFR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPFFR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a. Each is linked with NPFFR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPFFR1-to-partner and partner-to-NPFFR1 results are reported.
