NPFF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPFF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPFF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5P1P, IGHD6-19, and RNU6-855P. Each is linked with NPFF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPFF-to-partner and partner-to-NPFF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5P1P grouped by NPFF-low versus NPFF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPFF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPFF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
